‘Dis-fru-tar’ is a review of a restaurant interior by El Equipo Creativo published in Azure (Nov. / Dec. 2015), in which the reformist intentions of the 1859 urban plan of Barcelona’s Eixample, by Ildefons Cerdà, are compared to the architectural and molecular-gastronomical experience served up by this eatery.
